Local Medicare Agent · Broward & Palm Beach County
A local Medicare agent who answers the phone in year three, not just at enrollment.
In-person or by phone, from Fort Lauderdale to West Palm Beach — free help enrolling in Medicare, comparing plans, and fixing problems long after the application is signed.
Why it matters
What working with a real local agent changes.
Medicare guidance costs you nothing. Carriers compensate agents directly, and premiums are identical whether you enroll through an agent, a call center or the government website. The difference is who takes your call in March when a prescription is suddenly not covered.
As an independent agent based in Lighthouse Point, Daniel has spent 18 years learning which South Florida plans actually contract with Broward Health, Holy Cross, Cleveland Clinic Florida, Boca Regional and Jupiter Medical — knowledge that a national call center reading a script simply doesn't have.

Frequently asked
Medicare Agent questions we hear every week.
Does a Medicare agent cost anything?+
No. Agents are paid by the insurance carriers, and CMS requires that plan premiums be the same whether you enroll with an agent, online, or directly with the carrier.
When should I contact an agent?+
About three months before you turn 65, or as soon as you know you're retiring and losing employer coverage. Earlier is always better than later — some enrollment windows carry lifetime penalties if missed.
Will an agent push me toward one plan?+
An independent agent shouldn't. We're appointed with most major carriers in South Florida and select based on your doctors, your drugs and your budget.
Can you help if I already have a plan?+
Yes. A large share of our clients come to us mid-plan for a second opinion or because their current agent stopped responding.
Do you meet in person?+
Yes, throughout Broward and Palm Beach County — home visits included, which many clients over 75 prefer.
